Abstract
وقد هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أثر برنامج تعليمي في تعديل توجهات المسؤولية التحصيلية الخارجية إلى الداخلية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية. وقد تحقق هذا الهدف من خلال قياس توجهات المسؤولية التحصيلية لطلبة كلية التربية الأساسية ومن خلال تطبيق البرنامج التعليمي لتعديل توجهات المسؤولية التحصيلية الخارجية إلى الداخلية لدى هؤلاء الطلبة .وقد تمت صياغة فرضية البحث بالشكل الآتي : لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط درجات المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار ألبعدي لتوجهات المسؤولية التحصيلية .تكونت عينة البحث من عينةٍ تجريبية واحدة وأخرى ضابطة بواقع(32) طالباً وطالبة لكل مجموعة، تم تطبيق اختبار قبلي في مقياس توجهات المسؤولية التحصيلية الذي أعدّه (بن مانع ، 1993) لطلبة الجامعة بعد تكييفه للبيئة العراقية على مجتمع البحث ممثلاً بطلبة المرحلة الثانية في كلية التربية الأساسية واختبار من خلالها عينة البحث الأساسية بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية . وبعدها تم تطبيق البرنامج التعليمي الذي بناه الباحثان لتعديل التوجهات الخارجية إلى الداخلية ، ومن ثم تم تطبيق الاختبار ألبعدي وبعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستخدام الاختبار التائي وتحليل التباين الأحادي توصل الباحثان إلى :1. رفضت الفرضية الصفرية الأولى وقُبلت الفرضية البديلة ، إذ تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً لصالح المجموعة التجريبية .2. قبلت الفرضية الصفرية الثانية، إذ تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار ألبعدي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس.وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تم التوصل إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية : إمكانية تعديل توجهات المسؤولية التحصيلية الخارجية إلى الداخلية باستخدام البرامج التعليمية ، فهي لا تتصف بالثبات المطلق شأنها بذلك شأن الكثير من المتغيرات النفسية فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي في تعديل توجهات المسؤولية التحصيلية الخارجية إلى الداخلية لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية ، وهذا يؤيد افتراض الباحثان حول إمكانية تحقيق التعديل اعتماداً على الأسس النظرية التي بني عليها البرنامج .The present research aims at identifying the effect of an instructional programme on modifying the external orientations of achievement responsibility to internal orientations by the students of the College of Basic Education. This has been achieved through measuring the orientations of achievement responsibility of the students in question and through the application of the instructional programme to modify the students’ external orientations of achievement responsibility to internal ones.The hypotheses of the research have been formulated as follows: There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and those of the control group in the post-test of the orientations of achievement responsibility.The research population subsumed one experimental sample and another control sample with (32) male and female students in each group. A pre-test, prepared by Ibn Mani’ (1933) for university students was applied to measure the orientations of the achievement responsibility of the research population represented by second-year students at the College of Basic Education, and through which the basic research sample was randomly selected. Then, the instructional programme, set by the researcher, was applied to modify the external orientations to internal ones, followed by the application of the post-test. Finally, the statistical analysis of the data was carried out by using the t-test, and the ANOVA. The researcher arrived at the following:1. The first null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted as there were statistically significant differences in favour of the experimental group. 2. The second null hypothesis was accepted as there was a statistically significant difference between the members of the experimental group on the post-test according to sex variable.In the light of the research results, the following conclusions were arrived at:1. The possibility of modifying the external orientations of achievement responsibility to internal ones through the use of instructional programmes as they are not characterized by absolute constancy, just like many psychological variables.2. The effectiveness of the instructional programme in modifying the external orientations of achievement responsibility of the members of the experimental group to internal ones. This verifies the hypothesis set by the researcher concerning the possibility of bringing about modification by depending on the theoretical bases of the programme.
