| Quran text has formed a set of principles for regulating of managerial effort in fields of general and private activity, they included many vital resources used for motivating of production motives and their regulating through fruitful and active efforts guaranteed to achieve the general interests, they included (Belief and good deeds, Strength and Trustworthiness, Disciplines of behavior (managerial Ethics), Consultation, Prize and Penalty and Justice).
