Abstract
هدف البحث التعرف على اثر أسلوب العلاج الواقعي في خفض قلق الامتحان لدى طلاب كلية التربية ، تكونت عينة البحث من (20) طالبا من طلاب المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية / جامعة الموصل ، الذين يعانون من قلق الامتحان بناء على درجاتهم على مقياس قلق الامتحان ، حيث اعتبرت درجاتهم اختبارا قبليا ، ثم وزعوا عشوائيا إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية تلقى أفرادها التدريب على أسلوب العلاج الواقعي من خلال ارشاد جمعي ولمدة ثمان جلسات ارشادية ، ومجموعة ضابطة لم يتلقى أفرادها أي تدريب، وبعد استخدام الاختبار التائي لعينتين مترابطتين ومستقلتين في التحليل الإحصائي أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة وبدلالة احصائية بلغت (0,05) ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية بعد تلقي أفرادها التدريب على أسلوب العلاج الواقعي ، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث وضعت مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.The research aimed to know the impact 0f realistic therapy in reducing test anxiety for students of the college of Education. The sample consisted (20) third year students of the college of Education / university of Mosul. Those students according to their scores on a measurement, were suffered from test anxiety .Their scores on that a measurement were considered as apre-test .Then were divided into two groups. The experimental group was practiced the realistic therapy style through eight meetings of counseling. The control group did not practice any style. Using t-test for two dependent and independent groups, the results show statistical differences between the experimental group and the control one at (0, 05) level and for the benefit of the experimental group. In the light of those results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were given.
