Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الشعور بالاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمات الصفوف الخاصة وكذلك التعرف على معنوية الفروق في مستوى الشعور بالاحتراق النفسي تبعا للمتغيرات الآتية: 1-المؤهل العلمي 2ـ سنوات الخدمة 3ـالحالة الاجتماعية, شملت العينة (47) معلمة موزعين على المدارس الابتدائية المشمولة بنظام التربية الخاصة تمثل مختلف المناطق في مدينة الموصل.أما اداة البحث المستخدمة فكانت مقياس شرينك 1996 للاحتراق النفسي ترجمة وطوره القيروتي وعبد الفتاح1998 شمل المقياس بصورته الأصلية على (35) تعكس الدرجة الكلية للاحتراق النفسي عند المعلم قام الباحثان باستخراج الصدق والثبات للمقياس قبل تطبيقه على أفراد العينة, أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود مستوى من الشعور بالاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمات الصفوف الخاصة لمتوسط بلغ (93,38) درجة مقارب للمتوسط الفرضي للمقياس البالغ (96) درجة ولكنه لم يكن دال إحصائيا.كما لم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في متغيرات : المؤهل العلمي , عدد سنوات الخدمة, الحالة الاجتماعية وذلك باستخدام الاختبار التائي عند مستوى دلالة 0,05% ودرجة حرية (45) وقد تعكس هذه النتائج حالة من الميل أو الاتجاه الايجابي لدى المعلمات للعمل مع التلاميذ من ذوي الفئات الخاصة.The current study aimed at recognizing the level of the sycholagical burnout feeling of the privante classes female teachers and recognizing the significant differences of the psycholagical burnount level according to the following variables:1-the scientific qualifcation 2-the job service years 3-the social status the sample contains 47 female teachers in 52 primary schools invalved in the private education system over all mosul city the search tool was the test at shrink 1996 of the psy.burnout was translated and developed by al-kayrootee and abdul fatah in1998 the original test contains 35 articles shawing the total burnoutof the teacher the research results showed that there is a psycholagical burnout level of the priuate classes female teaehers and was mean(39 38) whieh was approoimate to lupo theticd avevage (96) but this difference was not asignificant the results also didnit show asignificant differences of the scientific qualifcation variables and the job service years and the social status the results was tested by using t.test at 0.05 and afreedom degree 45 the results can be explained as state of positive of the female teacher to work withe the students of the private needs.
