Abstract
استهدف البحث بناء برنامج تدريبي في تنمية مهارتي الكتابة وتنويع المثيرات لدى طلبة التربية الخاصة . كما استهدف معرفة أثر البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارتي الكتابة وتنويع المثيرات لدى طلبة التربية الخاصة .ويقتصر البحث على طلبة المرحلة الرابعة في قسم التربية الخاصة في كلية التربية الأساسية في جامعة الموصل .وتكونت عينة البحث من (12) طالبا وطالبة في المرحلة الرابعة في قسم التربية الخاصة وقد اعتمد الباحثان التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة . أما أدوات البحث فقد شملت استمارتي ملاحظة: الأولى لقياس مهارة الكتابة والثانية لقياس مهارة تنويع المثيرات ، وتم التحقق من صدق الاداتين وذلك بعرض كلتيهما على مجموعة من المحكمين المختصين أما إيجاد الثبات لكلتا الاستمارتين فقد تم بطريقة ثبات الملاحظين ؛ إذ تم تدريب ملاحظ اخر على استخدام الاستمارتين ومن ثم إيجاد نسبة الاتفاق بين الملاحظين . وتكونت استمارة الملاحظة بصيغتها النهائية لمهارة الكتابة من (16) فقرة أما استمارة الملاحظة الخاصة بمهارة تنويع المثيرات فقد تكونت من (18) فقرة . وتكون البرنامج التدريبي من جزأين : الجزء الأول تضمن المحتوى النظري لمهارتي الكتابة وتنويع المثيرات .أما الجزء الثاني فقد تضمن التدريب العملي لهاتين المهارتين باستخدام تقنية التدريس المصغر لتدريب الطلبة / المطبقين . وقد تم عرض البرنامج التدريبي على عدد من المحكمين المختصين للتأكد من صدق البرنامج . وقام الباحثان بتطبيق البرنامج في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي (2004-2005) وقبل البدء بالبرنامج تم إجراء اختبار قبلي وبعد انتهائه تم إجراء اختبار بعدي وقام الباحثين بمتابعة الطلبة العينة في المدارس وملاحظتهم ميدانيا في المدارس حينما كانوا يمارسون التطبيق الفعلي الميداني في المدارس وتسجيل أدائهم في مهارتي البحث.واستغرقت مدة البرنامج من (13/10/2004) إلى (15/12/2004) وبعد الانتهاء من تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي تم قياس مهارتي الكتابة وتنويع المثيرات لغرض التحقق من صحة فرضيات البحث وعولجت البيانات باستخدام الاختبار التائي لعينتين مترابطتين وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي لمهارة الكتابة ولصالح الاختبار البعدي للمجموعة .كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارين البعدي والميداني لمهارة الكتابة لان المتوسطات كانت متقاربة .وكذلك وجود فروق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي لمهارة تنويع المثيرات ولصالح الاختبار البعدي للمجموعة ، وكذلك لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارين البعدي والميداني لأن المتوسطات كانت متقاربة . وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تم صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات للاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي المعد في الدراسة الحالية ومن هذه التوصيات : التاكيد على أهمية ضرورة التدريب العملي للمهارات التدريسية قبل الالتحاق بالمدارس الابتدائية في صفوف التربية الخاصة واقامة دورات تدريبية لتقوية معلمي التربية الخاصة خلال فترة العطلة الصيفية . كما اقترح الباحثان إجراء دراسة مماثلة لهذا البحث ولمهارات تدريسية أخرى فضلا عن إجراء دراسة على طلاب ومعاهد إعداد المعلمين والمعلمات .The research aimed at constructing a training program for developing the skills at writing and verifying stimulates of the students of special education .The sample of the research consisted of special education in the primary college of education, university of Mosul . The sample consisted of 12 male and female students. Me scholar adopted the one-groupe experimental design . the tools used in the research consisted of two note lists. The first for measuring the skill of writing, the second for measuring the skill of verifying stimulates. The validity of the tools was checked by submitting both lists to a group of experts .While checking the reliability was achieved by checking the reliability of the observers. A second observer was trained to use lists then to find the avareg of agreement among the observers. The final from of the note list for the skill of writing consisted of 16 items while that of verifying stimulates consisted of 18 items. The training program consisted of two sections. The fives on included the hypothetical constitutes of the skill of writing and the skill of verifying. The second section included the practical training of the skills usimg the lecheneque of minimized education for training students and under-traing teachers . The training program was submitted to a group of experts to check its validity . The scholar applied the program in the first term of the year 2004-2005 . Before starting, a before test was made . After applying, an after tast was made. The scholar observed the students of the samples in schools during their training period and marking their performance in bathe akills of research . The period of the program took from 13-10-2004 to 15-12-2005 . After applying the training program was tinted, bathe skills were measured to check out the scariness of the research hypotheses . The test was used to process data of two joined groups . the results showed static differences between the before and the after tests for the skill of writing and in favor of the before test and it showed that there is no static differences between the after and the failed test because the averages were close to each other .On the other hand, it showed static difference between the before test and the after test fore the skill of verifying stimulates of the after test of the group and showed no static difference between the after and the field test because of the close average . In the light of the results , recommendations were constructed to make use of the training program pf this research . The scholars suggested to make a similar study for the teaching skills and for students of institutes of male and female teachers.
