| The study deals with mentioning some of evidences or as it named the mental evidences In which the diligent can through it reach to the best legal judgment to what will Happen from events and accidents when there are no essential evidences which Conceded on them in fundamentalist from THE QURAN" SUNNAH and others because The diligent who the investigation machine completed in him there is nothing just Looking for (searching) in these evidences in order to reach to accredited legal Judgment conformity with the age's changes and the development in all the levels This study came to focus on how to employment these evidences go back to it before Judging on the modern one because changing in the habits and the enormous progresses we see it gave the importance to these evidences in necessity to go back to them when they conform with the changes | ||
