Abstract
استهدف البحث بناء برنامج إرشادي في تنمية الذكاء الوجداني لدى طلبة كلية التربية. والتعرف على أثره من خلال التأكد من صحة الفرضيات الصفرية الآتية:1. لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسط رتب درجات المجموعتين التجريبية، والضابطة على مقياس الذكاء الوجداني، بعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي. 2. لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسط رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية، قبل التدريب على البرنامج الإرشادي وبعده.3. لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسط رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبارين البعدي والمرجأ. لتحقيق ذلك اعتمد الباحث على أداتين: (مقياس الذكاء الوجداني، وبرنامج إرشادي في تنمية الذكاء الوجداني) من إعداد الباحث. تكونت عينة البحث التطبيقية من (30) طالبا وطالبة، من كلية التربية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية من الذين حصلوا على أوطئ الدرجات على مقياس الذكاء الوجداني، في الاختبار القبلي، تم تقسيمهم على مجموعتين: تجريبية وضابطة، بمعدل (15) طالبا وطالبة لكل مجموعة. تكون البرنامج من (12) جلسة إرشادية، وطبق على أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في بداية الفصل الدراسي الثاني (2009/2010). بمعدل جلستين في الأسبوع، ونفذ البرنامج خلال (6) أسابيع. وباستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية، (مان-وتني)، و(ولكوكسن) عن طريق الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) بواسطة الحاسوب. أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي، تغيرات ايجابية لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية، المشاركين في البرنامج الإرشادي، في أثناء المدة الفاصلة بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي، وبشكل دال إحصائيا، مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة التي لم تتعرض للبرنامج الإرشادي. مما يدل أن البرنامج الإرشادي فعال في تنمية الذكاء الوجداني لدى طلبة كلية التربية، وثبت استمرار تأثيره من خلال الاختبار المرجأ الذي جرى تطبيقه بعد (47) يوماً من الاختبار البعدي. يوصي الباحث إقامة دورات تدريبية وإرشادية لتوضيح أهمية الذكاء الوجداني في حياتنا الاجتماعية والعملية. ويقترح بناء برنامج إرشادي في تنمية الذكاء الوجداني لدى طلبة المراحل والصفوف الدراسية الأخرى.The current research aimed at building a program of counseling in the development of emotional intelligence in College of Education students. And to identify its effectiveness by ensuring the validity of null hypotheses as follows: 1. There is no statistically significant difference between the average grade levels of the experimental group, and control on a scale of emotional intelligence, after applying the counseling program. 2. There is no statistically significant difference between the average grade levels of the experimental group, before training on the mentoring program and beyond.3. There is no statistically significant difference between the average grade levels of the experimental group in both tests and delayed post tests. To achieve this depended on two tools (a measure of emotional intelligence, and mentoring program in the development of emotional intelligence), prepared by the researcher. The sample consists of Applied (30) students from the College of Education, selected in a manner deliberate who got down the grades on a scale of emotional intelligence, in the pretest, were divided into two experimental and control group, (15) students per group. Be indicative of the program (12) meetings in counsels, and applied to the experimental group at the beginning of the second semester (2009/2010). Rate (2) meetings per week, and the program was implemented through (6) weeks. using statistical methods (Mann - Whitney), and (WL-Caucasian) on the pouch statistical (SPSS) by the computer. The results of statistical analysis, positive changes in the experimental group participating in the Counseling program, during the interval between Before and after tests, and more statistically significant, compared with the control group remained without Counsel.Which indicates that effective Counseling program in the development of emotional intelligence in college of Education students, and proved the continuing impact of the delayed during the test, which were applied (47) days of the post test.The Researcher Recommends, Establishing training and instructing courses to expound the importance of Emotional intelligence in our Social life and in work. and suggested, Establish a Counseling program to develop Emotional intelligence among students in other study grades.
