| تم عزل وتشخيص مسببات التهاب المهبل وعنق الرحم , إذ جمعت 75 عينة شملت(مسحات مهبلية رطبة ومسحات جافة من عنق الرحم) من النساء الحوامل وغير الحوامل والمراجعات لمستشفى السلام والبتول التعليمي في مدينة الموصل للفترة ما بين تشرين الأول 2008- كانون الثاني 2009 المصابات بالتهاب المهبل الجرثومي اعتمادا على وجود أعراض سريريه مشخصة من قبل الطبية الاختصاص وتواجد كريات الدم الحمر والبيض وغيرها والتحري عن بكتريا Actinomyces urogenitalis .أظهرت النتائج أن نسبة عزلها مع أحياء مجهرية أخرى كانت 10% من مجموع العزلات الكلية كما تبين ان نسبة عزلها من النساء الحوامل كان اقل من النساء غير الحوامل كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود الأنواع الجرثومية الآتية :- The isolation and identification of microorganisms that cause cervictis and vaginitis were carried during the period from October 2008 to January 2009. Seventy five samples of wet vaginal swabs and high cervical dried swabs were collected from both pregnant and non-pregnant women attending AL-Salam and AL-Batool Teaching Hospital .these patients diagnosed clinically by the gynecologistis , in addition to the other laboratory investigations as the presence of RBCs and WBCs . Acinomyces urogenitalis was isolated and identified from 10% of the total samples ,in addition ,the study showed that its percentage from pregnant women was lower that from non –pregnant one .Another species were isolated including Staphylococcus aurem, Streptococcus spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella spp. , Escherichia coli , Listera monocytogenes., Gardnerella vaginalis, Haemophilus Spp., Candida albicans | ||
