| Abstract Impact Gymnastics Movements in Developing Level of Technical Performance and Some Special Physical Abilities as to Some Holds of Greco-Roman from a Position of Sitting for Men Asst. Instructor Munaf M. Hasan Al-Tai Asst. Instructor Majid H. Majid Izzi Asst. Instructor Hamid Hamad Khalaf Al-Fahdawi College of Physical Education- University of Anbar The research aims at : - Identifying the effect of some of the proposed floor mat movements in a physical education lesson on some special abilities with sport of wrestling . - Identifying the effect of some of the proposed floor mat movements in a physical education lesson as to some holds of Greco-Roman wrestling from a position of sitting for men . The research hypothesizes that : - There are differences of statistical significance between the findings of preceding and succeeding tests for the two groups of the research: control and experimental . - There are differences of statistical significance between findings of the succeeding tests for two sets of control and experimental research . Members of the research sample were selected from students of the third stage in the Faculty of Physical Education-University of Anbar. Their number was (20) student selected in a randomly way, so the represented(19.230 %) of the original research community. The preceding videography for holds of wrestling under discussion had been conducted. Then, starting with the basic experimental performances and after finishing them as well as succeeding videography, data of the two tests obtained from evaluation of the experts had been treated . The researchers concluded that : The proposed floor gymnastics movements have a positive effect in developing some of the special physical abilities in accordance with findings of the research and the tests used(pushing the medical ball as well as the jump forward and the winding running). The proposed floor gymnastics movements have a positive impact in developing the performance of hold of the outstretched arm . The researchers recommended that : 1.Using of the proposed gymnastics movements in developing performance of hold of the outstretched arm and some physical abilities connected to it . 2. Conducting of similar studies on the same selected abilities and movements and on others in addition to the holds used and others since the findings can encourage or lead to make similar researches . 3. Using of the gymnastics movements in their kinds for they have a positive effect on psyche of the student and in decreasing amount of boredom during the class . | ||
