Abstract
The positive effect of exercises Alastttah associated with hot stones massage to alleviate and treat lower back pain Is exercise therapy ameans of physical therapy which are used in the treatment and rehabilitation of injuries and has agreat role in maintaining the health of the individual during the recovery stage as it works to improve the performance of muscle – General of the body and strengthen muscles , bones , joints and ligaments and the body reacts with it to the rehabilitation of the injured part and often choose the type of exercise and method of performance depending on the goal of treatment in addition to diagnosis and treatment requirements . The research aims to prepare the curriculum includes rehabilitation exercise elongation accompanied by hot stones massage and to identify the impact of the curriculum . The sample included people with lower back pains the 10 reconstruction of 40-to60 years .The researchers con cluded the program appositive impact in increasing the flexibility of the spine and muscle strength of the muscles by working .
