| Abstract | ||
| The problem of asylum is considered one of the major challenges faced by the international community since the distant times. Asylum is usually caused by the political problems, civil wars, and other factors such as natural disasters, poor economic and social conditions. In the recent time, the issue of political and military refugee took a large area of interest within the scope of international organizations work as being one of the human rights that won widespread international recognition. This is, in fact, because of that refugees suffer from serious violations, as well as the threat they are exposed to because of the ineffectiveness or inability guarantees approved by the international organizations. Proof of this is the growing phenomenon of violation of the rights of individuals and groups. | ||
