| Abstract | ||
| The issue of Jerusalem is not a case of historical, religious, political and cultural, but it is a legal issue in the first place. It is inconceivable address the conflict over Jerusalem and the statement of the precise legal position outside the resolutions of international legitimacy, and outside the framework of international law. As it is not possible to address the issue of Jerusalem on the basis of international legitimacy must be fragmented taking all the resolutions of international legitimacy, basic together, and all the rules of international law and adoption mainly based on the solution of the question of Jerusalem. We are certain that the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on the separation wall, issued on July 9 (2004) is the most important international legal document in the history of the Palestinian cause in general, and Jerusalem in particular. He stressed this important legal opinion on the principles and rules of international law and international legitimacy resolutions applicable to Jerusalem. Faye solutions and any negotiations and any future adjustments to Jerusalem can not survive without the adoption of this legal opinion issued by the highest court in the world based on her. | ||
