Abstract
Occupied the subject of national security after the events of 11/9/2001 importance of a vital role in the world and in the United States in particular because of the penetration territory of the State of America fortified, and that was a sudden occurrence the existence of globalization and information revolution, terrorism and similar threats or impacts to national security, are no longer threats of conventional military or intelligence alone account for threats to national security, but those threats have increased and become include ballistic missile long-range weapons that can transport warheads unconventional can be delivered in order to hit targets regardless of the distance from the country, as well as penetrate the international information network Internet to get important information on the country and spying upon or used in the dissemination and promotion of ideas is what the enemy is a threat to national security. This prompted the United States to adopt mechanisms and strategies of comprehensive and international dimensions in order to achieve the interests and protection through direct intervention in the management of international affairs in pursuit of its national security and to impose its hegemony on the international community, bringing the international security is synonymous with American national security, and that the task of the United States is international security to ensure their security and vital interests.
