Abstract
Not succeed to any action on the international level, if not can true international cooperation based on good faith, may show us the basis of international cooperation and how international cooperation is activated properly criminal, and the most important goals that seeks to achieve because the world has witnessed crimes shook the conscience of the world of ugliness, and in most cases are not held accountable those who have committed these crimes and the lack of a judicial system takes this task from then show us clearly the need for the international community to the international criminal court to loud cries of political and legal claim to establish an international criminal court are held accountable every person commits international crimes and to be strong deterrent is to avoid the recurrence of other international crimes Indeed approved the Statute of the Court in 1998, but the importance of this cooperation has been dedicated Chapter IX of the present system of international cooperation and show us afterwards that this cooperation may impose primarily the responsibility of States parties as Joined to the court at will and stressing the importance of cooperation with the court At the first Review Conference. Then we found out that it is the most important forms of international cooperation and judicial assistance that can be made by States parties to the Court. And especially its cooperation with the Prosecutor of the Court, and how they are to provide the necessary facilities needed in his investigative work. As well as the cooperation of States parties to amend their national legislation in line with the work of the Court and the removal of any conflict as possible to get in the future, and also states shall cooperate to provide the accused to court and forms of cooperation as well as the surrender of the Parties of any immunity might granted to anyone possible that requested by the court. Also show us how to bind states parties to cooperate with the Court, and the actions that can be taken against uncooperative state of the Assembly of States Parties or the Security Council if it is referred the case to the Court .
