| Abstract | ||
| Being the fruit of aggression, a military invasion is a crime. No war is just except that in defense of a homeland. A military invasion is a violation of sovereignty and national independence of countries as guaranteed by international conventions. Such wars are often the result of insolence of prevailing powers in their religious and sectarian conflicts, plotted by capitalist powers aimed at controlling world riches. Invasions are main reasons behind terror crimes in the invaded region. And though international law incriminates these crimes, the powers of dominance have had a negative role in their condemnation and control for fear on their interests. Even after the rise of the International Tribunal, Terror Crimes were not enrolled under its jurisdiction. A military invasion gives terror crimes a sort of fuel not found in other countries that did not suffer an invasion. | ||
