| After the end of the Cold War and bipolarity collapse (the Soviet Union) and disintegration, all this open space for the emergence of a new international system tried to the United States to dominate it, because it occupies an important position in the conflict of the Cold War, tried to attribute to itself the victory in this war, and that theinstalls itself the leader of the global system after the cold war, as the strongest player in the international arena in the absence of competitor (the Soviet Union).
