| Abstract | ||
| In the name of Allah the all compassionate the all merciful. Thanks to Allah ,to Him we all Owe obedience and thankfulness, we all repent to Allah and ask Him for forgiveness. we all bear witness that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and His massager. That subject of human rights is as vital subject that deals with human humanitarian safeguards for humans that was approved by Islam. it was before all Laws and Legislations for more than fourteen centuries ago Islam gave honors to man without regarding to nationality, his thoughts , and beliefs, and incited people to mutual understanding and fraternal relationships. THE RESERCH was on the applications of human rights in the era of the prophet (peace be upon him) since his birth and the beginning of the mission until his death. I have collected right Hadiths which included human rights in all fields of life social economic , political , and mentioned the status of the Arabs before the mission and how it turned after the mission with wonderful examples of applications of human rights in the era of prophet Mohammad | ||
