| The Islamic jurisprudence studied all transactions and contracts, for this, some certain terms said by traders in field of buying and selling, therefore contracts needed explanatory consort evidence that show every word lest explain the contract more than one interpretation and lose the rights, so the cleared consort put in order to prevent of entering what not belong to the contract or profit more than what it deserves. | ||
