| Abstract | ||
| The current study was conducted to evaluate the impact of infection of women with toxoplasmosis on some biomarkers for oxidative stress that involve Nitric Oxide (NO), Malondialdehyde (MDA), and Reduced Glutathione (GSH) on Seropositive Women. Samples of blood were collected from 336 women . The percentage of toxoplasma infection depending Enzyme- Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) to the antibodies IgG were 17.85%. The results showed that infection with toxoplasma causes significant elevation of nitric oxide, malondialdehyde. Aswell as the concentrations of reduced gluthanione were reduced between infected women when compared with control group. | ||
