| The majority of scholars disagree with Hanafi doctrine scholars in public judging, because of the Hanafi doctrine consider the public is an absolute and the public consider it as a conjecture matter and thus all juridical and applications rules of purity section built on ,like wudoo' (cleaning before praying), bathing, removing dirt and tayamum (cleaning with dust) and other issues . | ||
