Abstract
هدف البحث التعرف إلى حدة الانتباه بعد تأثير الجهد الهوائي واللاهوائي والتعرف الى الفترة الزمنية لعودة درجة حدة الانتباه بعد الجهد اللاهوائي والتعرف الى العلاقة بين الجهد الهوائي واللاهوائي وحدة الانتباه لدى لاعبي كرة القدم .وافترض الباحثان :• هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في حدة الانتباه بعد الجهد الهوائي والجهد اللاهوائي .• هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الفترة الزمنية لعودة حدة الانتباه بعد الجهد اللاهوائي.• هناك علاقة بين الجهد الهوائي والجهد اللاهوائي وحدة الانتباه لدى لاعبي كرة القدم .وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح واجري البحث على عينة تكونت من (12) لاعبا بطريقة عشوائية غير منتظمة من اصل (18) لاعبا من منتخب كلية التربية الأساسية لكرة القدم .قام الباحثان بقياس حدة الانتباه لأفراد عينة البحث وهم في حالة راحة تامة وبعد ذلك قياس حدة الانتباه لأفراد العينة بعد إجراء اختبار الجهد الهوائي (ركض ومشي 8 دقائق) مباشرة ثم قياس حدة الانتباه بعد إجراء اختبار الجهد اللاهوائي (ركض 180م مرتد) مباشرة بعد الجهد تم قياس حدة الانتباه بعد (2 دقيقة) وبعد (5دقائق) من الاختبار البدني .استخدم الباحثان الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة للتوصل إلى النتائج وهي : الوسط الحسابي،الانحراف المعياري،اختبار (T test) تحليل التباين ،معامل الارتباط، قانون اقل فرق معنوي (L.S.D) . وأسفرت النتائج إلى ما يأتي :• وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين اختبار حدة الانتباه أثناء الراحة والجهد (الهوائي واللاهوائي) .• وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في الفترة لعودة درجة حدة الانتباه (مباشرة-2) دقيقة و (مباشرة-5) دقيقة بعد الجهد اللاهوائي .• وجود علاقة ارتباط عكسية ومعنوية بين اختباري الجهد (الهوائي واللاهوائي) واختبار حدة الانتباه بعد الجهد مباشرة .• عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين الفترة الزمنية (2 دقيقة) و (5دقيقة) في عودة حدة الانتباه .The current research aims at measuring the intensity of attention after the aerobic and non-aerobic effort, identifying the period of it's recurrence, and the relationship between the two types of effort and the intensity of attention of football players. The researchers hypothesized that:• There are statistically significant differences in the intensity of attention after the aerobic and non-aerobic effort.• There are statistically significant differences of the period of recurrence after the non-aerobic effort.• There is a relationship between the aerobic and non-aerobic effort and the intensity of recurrence of football players.The two researchers used the descriptive approach presented in the related literature. The sample were (12) players out of (18) who were chosen randomly from the team of the college of basic education.The researchers measured the intensity of attention of players while they were in total relaxation, then premeasured their intensity of attention after the aerobic effort (running and walking for 8 minutes) directly. Then, the researchers measured their intensity of attention after the non-aerobic effort (running for 180 minutes) directly. Finally, The researchers measured the intensity of attention after (2 minutes) and (5 minutes) of physical tests, respectively.The statistical means used were : mathematical means, standard deviation, T-test , variation analysis, conjunction factor, and the (L.S.P)The results were:• There are statistically significant differences in measuring the intensity of attention during relaxation and effort whether aerobic or non-aerobic.• There are statistically significant differences regarding the recurrence period of the intensity of attention of 2 and 5 minutes directly after the aerobic effort.• There is an abstract and reversal relationship between the tests of the aerobic and non-aerobic efforts on the one hand and measuring the intensity of attention directly after effort.• There are statistically significant differences between the periods of 2 and 5 minutes in the recurrence of the intensity.
