Abstract
هدف البحث إلى:1. إعداد استمارة تقييم لعمل مدربي الألعاب الرياضية وجهة نظر مديري وحدات التربية الرياضية والفنية في جامعة الموصل.2. تقييم الأداء لمدربي الألعاب الرياضية من وجهة نظر مديري وحدات التربية الرياضية والفنية في جامعة الموصل.تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، واشتملت العينة على مديري وحدات التربية الرياضية البالغ عددهم (11) مديرا في جامعة الموصل، في جمع البيانات تم تصميم استمارة تقييم والتحقق من صدقها الظاهري وثباتها، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الوسط الحسابي، المتوسط الفرضي، المدى النظري والنسبة المئوية واستنتج الباحثان ماياتي : 1. صلاحية استمارة التقييم في قياس أداء مدربي الألعاب الرياضية في جامعة الموصل.2. امتلاك مدربي الألعاب الرياضية مستوى جيد في الأداء الوظيفي.The research aims at:1. Composing Performance assessment list of sport game's coaches from the point of view of physical education and artistical unit in Mosual University.2. Performance assessment of sport game's coaches from the point of view of physical education and artistical unit managers point's of view in Mosual UniversityThe descriptive approach was used, and the sample included (11) managers in Mosual university. In collecting the data, the researchers designed an assessment list and verify its face validity and reliability. The data were analyzed by means, enforce means, theoretical rang and percentage.The researchers concluded the following:1. Assessment list is appropriate in measuring the performance of sport game's trainers in Mosual University.2. Sport game's trainers have good level in performance.
