| Abstract | ||
| يتمثل هدف البحث في التعرف على الاتجاهات السائدة لدى طلبة المعاهد الفنية نحو التخصص التقني وتبعاً لمتغيري المعهد والجنس . وقد اختار الباحث عينة طبقية عشوائية وعلى اساس التوزيع المتناسب من طلبة المرحلة الثانية في المعاهد الفنية في امانة بغداد وحسب التخصصات الموجودة في تلك المعاهد بنسبة (10% ) تقريبا , وبذلك بلغ عدد افراد عينة البحث(587) طالبا وطالبة . اعتمد البحث في قياس الاتجاهات على استبيان أعده الباحث على وفق طريقة ليكرت تكون من (44) فقرة وبدرجة مقبولة من الثبات والصدق .وأظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات أن الاتجاه نحو التخصص الاداري تمتاز بالسلبية لكلا الجنسين . بينما كان اتجاهات كلا الجنسين في التخصص التكنولوجي والتخصص الطبي ايجابية نحو تخصصهم التقني. والاتجاه نحو تخصص الفنون لدى الذكور تمتاز بالحيادية ، في حين يمكن وصف اتجاهات الاناث بانها اتجاهات ايجابية. وقدم الباحث جملة توصيات منها التأكيد على دور الارشاد والتوجيه المهني في المرحلتين المتوسطة والاعدادية من اجل تحديد طموحات الطلبة ووضع اختياراتهم في الطريق الصحيح .The aim of this research is to know the sttitudes of technical institutions students towards their technical specialisation and according to institution and gender variables . The researcher chose a random class sample , as the appropriate distribution of second grade students at the technical institutions in Baghdad and the specialisations available in thoso institutions with a rate of 10% . Thus the sample members were 587 male and female students . The research depend on a questionaire prepard by the researcher on the basis of Lekurt model to measure attitudes , which consisted of 44 items .Data statistical analysis showed that attitude toward Administrative specialisation was negative for both genders , where as the attitude of specialisation in technology and medical specialisation were positive . Attitude towards arts for males are neutral and positive for females . The researcher came out with a number of recommendations to state vocational guidance and councilling in intermediate and secondary stages to determine students ambitions and to put them on the right path . | ||
