| Abstract | ||
| The aim of this research is to demonstrate,the relationship between semantic research and Juristical Deduction, and the research that the process of elicitation Jurisprudence practiced by the jurist based on a foundation of knowledge assets of jurist prudence which is one of most important element of the process of deduction, and that the rules of fundamentalism on the two main sections, one of them: associated bail text legitimate, and the other in terms of text associated legitimate, and that the semantic search in examining the second section of the rules. As long as the legitimacy adjudgments tends to be drawn from the texts of legitimacy apparent to their meaning, this is giving the importance of research in semantic inference jurisprudence, since most of the legitimacy adjudgments in that case the object of judgment and inference jurisprudence. | ||
