Abstract
The research aims to study the time and movement in the loan process and the effect of using computerized methods in the loan process, and introduce the concept and importance of time management in the library of the Institute of Directors / Rusafa. Research methodology was adopted field survey method through the use of Alastpantin: first for library staff, who are (6) and contain (12) questions.
