| This study aimed to reconstructing the technology approach with respect to psychology families. Defining the needs of utilizing and determine the supported bases of the e-learning techniques based on modern technology. This study implements the descriptive and analytic research. This paper has been displayed how can done the e-learning and how can be reached. The most important and modern information techniques have been displayed, which would be used in the future to create the e-learning. Finally, there are set of the recommendations for utilizing e-learning systems in colleges. | ||
