Abstract
- اعداد مقياس الاستقرار النفسي للعاملين في وحدات التربية الرياضية والفنية (مدرسو التربية الرياضية) من حملة شهادات (الدكتوراه ، والماجستير ، والبكالوريوس) في كليات جامعة الموصل . - تقويم مستوى الاستقرار النفسي لدى العاملين في وحدات التربية الرياضية والفنية (مدرسي التربية الرياضية) من حملة شهادات (الدكتوراه ، والماجستير ، والبكالوريوس) في كليات جامعة الموصل . - وضع مستويات معيارية لعينة البحث في مقياس الاستقرار النفسي .- التعرف الى العلاقة بين الاستقرار النفسي وتحقيق الذات لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية من حملة شهادات (الدكتوراه ، والماجستير ، والبكالوريوس) في جامعة الموصل . استخدم المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي والارتباطي لملائمته وطبيعة البحث ، وتكونت عينة البحث من مدرسي التربية الرياضية من حملة شهادات (الدكتوراه، والماجستير، والبكالوريوس) العاملين في وحدات التربية الرياضية والفنية في كليات جامعة الموصل ، والبالغ عددهم (63) مدرسا ، واشتملت اداة البحث على مقياسي (الاستقرار النفسي) الذي اعده الباحث باعتماد الخطوات والاجراءات العلمية في اعداد المقاييس ، والمتضمنة بصدق الخبراء ، والتحليل الاحصائي للفقرات باسلوبي (المجموعتين المتضادتين ، ومعامل الاتساق الداخلي) ، ومقياس (تحقيق ذات) ، وتم التاكد من ثبات المقياسين بطريقة (الانصاف المنشقة باسلوب الفقرات (الفردية والزوجية)) ، واستخدم الباحث الوسائل الاحصائية الاتية : المتوسط الحسابي ، والمنوال ، والانحراف المعياري ، ومعادلة معامل الالتواء لـ(كارل بيرسون) , ومعامل الارتباط البسيط ، واختبار(ت) ، ومعادلة (سبيرمان - براون) ، والمتوسط الفرضي للمقياس ، والنسبة المئوية . وقد توصل الباحثون الى الاستنتاجات الاتية :- فاعلية المقياس الذي تم اعداده لقياس الاستقرار النفسي للعاملين في وحدات التربية الرياضية والفنية مدرسي التربية الرياضية من حملة شهادات (الدكتوراه ، والماجستير ، والبكالوريوس) في كليات جامعة الموصل .- مدرسو التربية الرياضية من حملة شهادات (الدكتوراه ، والماجستير ، والبكالوريوس) العاملين في وحدات التربية الرياضية والفنية ، بصورة عامة يتمتعون بمستوى استقرار نفسي ، وتحقيق ذات ادنى من المتوسط الفرضي للمقياس ، مما يدل على تمتعهم باستقرار نفسي وتحقيق ذات سلبي قد يؤثر على العمل الرياضي الجامعي ، من حيث اقبال الطلبة على ممارسة الانشطة الرياضية والمشاركة بها . - تم وضع مستويات معيارية لعينة البحث في مقياس الاستقرار النفسي .- وجود علاقة ارتباط ايجابية بين الاستقرار النفسي وتحقيق الذات لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية من حملة شهادات (الدكتوراه ، والماجستير ، والبكالوريوس) في كليات جامعة الموصل . The study aimed at: - Preparing a scale for the measurement psychological stability of the workers in sport and technical education units (lecturers of sport education) with (PhD, Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University. - Evaluating the level of psychological stability workers in sport and technical education units (lecturers of sport education) with (PhD, Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University . - Setting standard levels for the measurement of psychological stability of the subject sample. - Exploring the relation between levels of psychological stability and self-achievement of lecturers of sport education PhD, Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University . The researchers adopted the descriptive method with survey style, because it’s the most suitable method for these research .The subject sample consisted of ( 63 ) lecturers of sport education with (PhD , Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University working in sport and technical education units in the colleges of Mosul University . The study tools consisted of the scale of psychological stability prepared by the researcher based on the scientific steps and procedures the prepared scale include verification by experts and statistical analysis of the items using the methods of (two opposite groups and internal consistency) , and measure self -achievement .The validity of the scale was verified using (split – halves) using odd and even items). The researcher used the following statistical tools :(arithmetic mean , mode , standard deviation , Carl Persons curvature coefficient , simple correlation coefficient , t- test , Spearman brown's equation , hypothetical mean and percentage . The researchers concluded the following:- Efficiency of the scale prepared in measuring psychological stability of workers in sport and technical education units (lecturers of sport education) with (PhD, Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University . - Lecturers of sport education with ( PhD , Ms.c and Bs.c ) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University generally have a low level of psychological stability and negative self achievement that may affect the college of sport education from the aspect of students, attendance and participation sport activities . - Standard levels for measuring the psychological stability of the subject sample were set. - The relation between the level of psychological stability and self-achievement was found among lecturers of sport education PhD, Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University .
