Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى التعرف إلى تأثير البرنامج المقترح للتدريبات التوافقية لتعلم السباحة الحرة على مستوى الانجاز . وقد افترض الباحثان وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسات القبلية والبعدية لمجاميع البحث ولمصلحة القياس ألبعدي . ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القياسات البعدية بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ولمصلحة المجموعة التجريبية . وتم استخدام المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث . وتم اختيار عينة البحث من طلاب السنة الدراسية الأولى في كلية التربية الرياضية جامعة الموصل ومن شعبتي (ب ، د) والتي تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي . وقد قام الباحثان باعتماد برنامج استخدم فيه تدريبات أرضية توافقية في السباحة الحرة للمجموعة التجريبية واستخدام القياسات البدنية والمهارية للسباحة الحرة المناسبة . وتم استخدام الوسائل الإحصائية (الوسط الحسابي ، الانحراف المعياري ، قيمة (ت) للمجموعات المرتبطة ، و (ت) للمجموعات المتساوية . وقد استنتج الباحثان وجود تطورٍفي القياسات الأساسية المهارية للسباحة الحرة للمجموعة الضابطة وعدم وجود تطورٍ في القياسات البدنية وقد اثر البرنامج الخاص بالتدريبات التوافقية الأرضية على القياسات البدنية والقياسات المهارية الأساسية في السباحة الحرة للمجموعة التجريبية . وأدت التدريبات التوافقية إلى تميز مجموعة البحث التجريبية على الضابطة في الاختبارات البدنية و المائية والانجاز وأوصى الباحثان إلى ضرورة إدخال التدريبات الأرضية و التوافقية عند تعلم السباحة لطلبة المرحلة الدراسية الأولى في كلية التربية الرياضية . The study aims at exploring the impact of a proposed synchronization-training program on free-swimming training at the achievement level. The researchers have hypothesized that there is a statistically significant difference between the pre-training tests and post-training tests for the studied groups and in favor of the post-training test. In addition, hypothesized that significant differences exist between the experimental group and the control group and in favor of the experimental group. the descriptive method was used since it is appropriate for the nature of the study. The sample of the research consisted of a number of students randomly selected out of the first stage class (B and C) at the college of physical education. The researchers adopted a training method using synchronization method out of the swimming pool for the experimental group and used the suitable physical and skill measures of free swimming. The statistical tools used by the researcher were (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T-Test for the correlated and equal group). The researchers concluded that there is a development in the basic skills measures of free swimming for the control group, but no development was there in the physical measures of this group, while the special program using synchronization training had an impact on both basic physical and skill measures of the experimental groups. The synchronization training led to the distinguished performance of the experimental group compared to the control group in physical and skill tests. The researcher recommended using out of pool synchronization training for teaching swimming for the 1st stage students at the college of physical education.
