| Abstract | ||
| استهدف البحث تقويم مستوى إرادة العطاء لدى أعضاء الهيئات الإدارية للأندية الرياضية في دهوك ، فضلاً عن معرفة أثر متغيرات العمر وسنوات العضوية في النادي والحالة الاجتماعية والتحصيل الدراسي في ذلك .ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أُستخدم مقياس إرادة العطاء الذي أعده (نادر ، 1989) ، وتكونت عينة البحث من (55) عضواً من أعضاء الهيئات الإدارية في ستة أندية رياضية في دهوك . وتم استخدام الاختبار التائي ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون وتحليل التباين الأحادي في المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات ، فأشارت النتائج الى أن مستوى إرادة العطاء لدى أفراد العينة مرتفع ، ولم تظهر النتائج أثراً دالاً إحصائياً للمتغيرات الشخصية (العمر وسنوات العضوية في النادي والحالة الاجتماعية والتحصيل الدراسي) في مستوى إرادة العطاء لدى أعضاء الهيئات الادارية . The research aimed at identifying the will of performance of administrative members of clubbers of clubs in Dohuk. It also aimed at identifying the effect of age, number of years spent as a member in the club and social status and education. Will of performance measures developed by (Nader, 1989) is used with a sample of 55 members working in 6 clubs. The test, person correlation coefficient and analysis of variance are used. The results indicated there is a strong will of performance for the sampled members while the studied variables had no significant effect on the will of performance | ||
