| Abstract | ||
| Mreasons and factors that had been found the uprising and circulating the random regions Like comes from so many social, economical and planning factors which caused this uprising phenomena that effect on suspending developing processes of the city dweller. This phenomena is found differ from one city to other depending on their spreading. Iraq one of the development countries that the uprising and circulating the random regions were found always spreading, immigration was also found play a role in this matter. The problem elucidated above should be faced with qualified attempts to stop it and put solutions in this matter. There is a common agreement between the specialist in development of urban areas that circulating of random regions is not right, so this study was finalized to a number of conclusion and recommendations that could possibly give solutions and terminate this problem in future. | ||
