| Abstract | ||
| The research aim is to determine the motives of the workers In Agricultural Extension toward occupational training in Salahuddin province. So to determine the level of these motives in the fields: Social, Economic, Professional and psychological .And to define the relationship between the level of motivation and the following variable (Age, Level education, Place of work, Number of service years, Previous training and Professional Ambition). Research population included all the Workers In Agricultural Extension in the directorate of in Salahuddin province, Who were (162) employees. Random sample of (60%) from population were selected. A questionnaire based on interview has been used for collecting data from the sample of the study. The result of the study revealed that the level of motivation was generally middle tends to rise. The study revealed also that there were significant relationship between the level of motivation and each of the following personal characteristics (Age, Education level, Number of service years, Previous training and Professional Ambition ) | ||
