Abstract
تعد الرياضة أحد المرتكزات الأساسية التي تقوم عليها عملية النهوض الشامل للمجتمعات المتحضرة فهي تعبر عن سلوك الأفراد وتفاعلهم في المجتمع من خلال مجموعة من القوانين والأسس والأنظمة ذات التأثير المباشر في توجيه العلاقة بين الرياضيين في صورة اجتماعية تعبر عن روح الرياضة ودورها في خلق فرص للمنافسة والترويح والتعاون مع الآخرين.ويرى الباحث أن الأندية الرياضية تعد من المنظمات الرياضية المهمة لأنها رافد أساس لرياضة المستويات العليا فضلاً عن أنها منظمات اجتماعية تهدف إلى تلبية الاحتياجات البشرية من الخدمات المتنوعة بوصفها منظمات تربوية وتعليمية وتدريبية.ولكي تقوم بمهماتها بنجاح تحتاج إلى قيادات مؤهلة للعمل مع مجاميع بشرية متداخلة ومتنوعة من إداريين ومدربين ومساعدي مدربين ولاعبين وجمهور، ومن البديهي أن كل جماعة من هذه الجماعات تشمل أفراداً يختلفون في مستوياتهم العلمية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والخلقية ومن ثم فهم مختلفون في الاتجاهات والآراء والتصرفات مما يهيء بؤراً للخلافات أو الصراعات التي هي أحد أنواع التفاعلات الاجتماعية.وهدف البحث الحالي هو التعرف على الفروقات بين وجهات نظر الأكاديميين الرياضيين حول دور الأندية الرياضية في مركز محافظة نينوى في استقطاب الرياضيين.وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته طبيعة البحث، إذ بلغت عينة البحث (82) أكاديميا من حملة شهادتي الماجستير والدكتوراه، واستعان الباحث باستبيان معد من قبل (عماد صالح عبد الحـق، 2005)، أما الوسائل الإحصائية التي استعان بها الباحث فهي الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والمتوسط الفرضي والنسبة المئوية ومعامل الارتباط وT-Test.وقد استنتج الباحث انخفاض الدور الذي تقوم به الأندية الرياضية في مركز محافظة نينوى في استقطاب الرياضيين. ويوصي الباحث ضرورة أن يكون للأكاديميين الرياضيين دور فعال في الأندية الرياضية.Sport is one of the Corner stones of integrated development of Civilized Communications. It expresses the behaviour and interaction of pupils through some rules of direct effect in the relation between athletes in social image expressing the spirit of sport and its role in Creating opportunities for Competition, recreation and Cooperation with others. The researcher Considers Clubs important athletic organizations because they are a major supporter for higher Ievels athletes as well as social organizations which aim to meet human needs of varied services as educational, teaching and training organizations. To fulfill their jobs successfully, they need qualified leaders to work with varied people from different aspects of life like administrators, trainers co_ trainers, audience and players. It is eventually that each group include individuals varrying in their academic, social, economical and moral levels, thus, they vary in trends, attitudes and behaviours setting the stage for differences or conflicts which are in turn a form of social interaction. The current research aims to know the differences between the views of physical education academia about the role of athletic clubs in Nineveh governarrate in attracting athletes.The researcher adopted the descriptive method due to its appropriateness. The sample was (82) M.A and Ph.D. holders. The researcher used a survey made by Imad Salih Abdulhaq (2005). As for the statistical means used, they were mathematical means, standard deviation, hypothetical average, ratio conjunction factor and T.test. The researcher concluded the decreased role made by athletic clubs at the Center of Nineveh governarate in attracting athletes. The researcher necessitate that physical education academia have some effective role in athletic Clubs.
