Abstract
The economies of countries, especially developing ones, have a number of problems and structural imbalance. Unemployment is one of the major problems which delay the process of economic development.
Different variables had a great effect on the rates of unemployment because they cause change in the economic structure for most countries. The focus is on the variable of corruption for it has an important impact on the rate of unemployment. However, the relationship between corruption and unemployment differs due to the variant policies for dealing with unemployment.
The aim of thye research is to clarify the economic corruption and to show its historical development, types, causes, forms and its economie impact and to provide effective strategies to combit it.
Also the research sheds light on the concept of unemployment and presents the theories, bot: old and modern ones, concerning unemployment. Moreover, the research shows the economic consequences and factors of unemployment.
Statistical estimation and economic interpretation are used to uncover the effect of the variables in the rates of unemployment in selected countries of different economic range (high, medium, low). |
