Abstract
Abstract The discuss of Bank Reform is required the most important Concepts of the Subject of Bank Reform and its importance by knowing the necessary requirements of doing any process of Real Bank Reforming ,considering the distinction of Economical Environments of different countries . ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ In order to get the required results from this process which is represented by developing the Iraqi Bank System to reach the highest level as the development countries, and achieve the good average of Economical development by knowing the main problems that stands against the Iraqi Bank System before 2003,and what is the strategy that we can build it together to step in the right way to achieve the goal of Bank Reforming, because the Bank sector is the most of the activities that affected by Globalization specifically the Financial Globalization such as Privatization and Bank incorporation. The main purpose of Financial and Bank Reform process is to be liberated for that sector ,and also to keep pace Financial and World Bank developments, which based on the deliberation of obstacles and constraints ,and the competitions between Banks ,and using the development Technology ways for communication and information to work according to the world criteria of banks which will help to increase its ability in International competition in Bank Field
