Abstract
Sales research included ordinances what respect and agreed upon by scholars of ordinances and differed concerning it, the bottom-the-art research in the following: 1 - proved wise choices in street sales for the benefit of the contractors, and to ward off grudges and hatreds, and meet the affection between people. 2 - proceeded option requirement for those who con in sales. 3 - disadvantage option gives the right to the contract holder in its dissolution or امضائه if the defect found defect was not known. 4 - Vision option gives the buyer the right signature of the contract or its dissolution when it is held vision if it was not seen at the establishment of the contract or before the time does not change the habit. 5 - If Sales perished before the arrest Lied to the seller, recovered buyer and selling price. 6 - If the decreased value of sales before delivery to the injury is damaged, the buyer may either request the dissolution of sales if a serious shortage so that if it occurred before the sales contract or to keep the sale with a price loss. 7 - Sales seller is required delivery to the buyer, and this right is waived in his performance, and mislead the seller is liable in the case of loss of Sales and be responsible for the loss by both the loss caused by arson or celestial pest. This is the most important findings, and praise and gratitude be to Allah and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and companions him Mataaqb the day and night.
