Abstract
before years 1500 A.B , Algeria was Consisting of Islands sporadic which were ruled by shepherds and were attacks European . after displacement Arab Muslims and Jewish from Andalusia, Brother hood Barbarous had appeared and Considered ther hood Algeria as a base to repel attacks possible . after the death of Oruj 1518 year A.B ., His a brother was called Khair- Aldin who has accessed under obedience ottoman Sultan Selim rule who was known I to help him . At that time , Algeria belonged to the Ottoman rule, and Khair- Aldin arranged as well and continued until the Filature of the capital by farces in 1830 A.B. many problems which faced Algeria rulers after his death . the se problems which included such as social side involving Cultural and health Conditions there fore these problems led to in Ceruse problems of Algeria people through speeding diseases economics and neglecting education . The Jews Controlled or internal and extra trade . Another rouser, the rulers were Cared in their authority only without taking Considerations that the needs of Algerian people , There fore the rulers surrounded them jelves with a band of which Caused them a alienated the end, did not assist them while French forces attack on Algeria in 1830 .
