Abstract
Deciding of participating in first world war by both American senator council & parliament council was never being easy. Once USA entered the first world war, many big problems & hard quarrels appeared in official & popular American levels about the whatness of American forces in the war & whether it may be mixed with collocation states forces in front lines of war, or in contrast, an independent American army will be made. It is important to show that starting first world war declared essential facts concering the readiness of American army to enter greatest conflicts & how to deal with international changes. The first fact is that USA has found itself, by its politic & military want, in a great state of disaawareness & farthest of its leaderships don’t have the confidence to declare participating in the war up to April 1917. Politic & military leaders had no confidence nor ability to speak with American country or forcing them to accept the opinion of participating in the war despite the fact that America has been invading Europe since three years. The second fact was in the contrast of planning military plans between politician view & its collideness with military leaders’ concepts. The task of changing American economy into warly one represents greatest challenge to American government since preparing a nation & regularing them for war is highly more difficult than preparing armies & sending them to battle.
