This research deal with studying women’s picture in the programs of Arabs satellite which still impure submissive to cultural and social lagging rules , doesn’t respect the humanity and it is essential role in society ,it must make responsible and aware decision to correct media picture for women and developing community awareness.
The problem of this research appear from the fact that the media’s picture of women in Arabs satellite programs tainted a lot of distortion and prepossession against women, which contributes to distortion her picture to people around the world. The researcher was could to identify on media picture for women in Arabs satellite programs throughout analyzing content of produced media subject through advertisement on LBC cannel.
The research used descriptive methods with content analyzing style to collect data about research variable, by application the research on sample of T.V. advertisement which aired on LBC through 2009.
The researcher specified a sample of this research in T.V. advertisement for BBC which deals with goods and services , it’s advertisement’s subject used women in representing T.V. advertisement , and what about temporal framework for research it will specified in programmatic course from 1/1/2009 AD until 31/3/2009. In the end of research, the researcher has been reach to this, the producers of advertising message used women as a suitable means to promote their goods and their different products through connecting her picture with good advertised. Since the women’s picture became undivided part of commercial advertisement for consumer goods which indicate food commodities, make up, cleaning, household device and others.
Thus the researcher has been reached to this, such a kind of advertisements represent women as creature able to commerce in promotion consumer goods in manner depended on elements of thrill and attraction because of she’s a beauty creature and required body as the study proved that women’s representation in Arabs satellite as a symbol and sexual device, and the advertisement used women in order to sell products, also women’s violence picture and pornography helped in marketing the film, in order earn more money. |
