| Abstract | ||
| إن حديث رسول الله هو المصدر الثاني من مصادرا لتشريع الإسلامي فليس بإمكان أي مسلم أن يستغني عنه,ولاسيما الباحث في العلوم الإسلامية. وإذا أردنا أن نتكلم عن اليتيم من وجهة نظر الشرع فنجد النبي قد أرفدنا بجملة من أحاديثه الشريفة التي تبين مدى اهتمامه برعاية اليتيم وحرصه الشديد عليه. وتم اختيار هذا العنوان لأن النبي في دعوته قولا وعملا كان هاديا للناس من ظلمات الجاهلية إلى نور الإسلام. فهدايته كانت طريقا مستقيما يهدي الناس إلى جنات النعيم كما قال تعالى (وادع إلى ربك إنك لعلى هدى مستقيم)الحج 67. وسبب البحث في هذا الموضوع لانتشار الأيتام في زماننا الذي لعبت فيه الحروب دورا كبيرا. وللمحافظة على الأيتام من الانحراف والضياع وبالتالي الحفاظ على المجتمع من نشوء أفراد ذوي سلوك غير سوي.I chose this subject because the big number of the orphans who lost some of their rights that the governments doesn't care about them. The search deals with who the prophet cares about this subject that he gave them all rights and care that they their money must be kept and they should get their education unit they become adult. | ||
