| Mauritania saw since independence in 1960 and until 1978 internal developments different had their impact is clear in the political life of the country as it helped in the emergence of the military after the ripe her circumstances that enabled them to intervene to resolve the situation to their advantage, and managed to complete civilian rule (1960 -1978) after that combined several factors led to the intervention of the army and his military coup on 10 July 1978. The importance of the study in the research for internal and external factors to the coup being a boundary between two phases important from the date of Mauritania contemporary as he shaped end government Al Mokhtar Ould Daddah civil formed after independence in 1960, and was the beginning of a new phase called stage military coups, so require study stand on the motives that have evolved as a result of entering Mauritania desert warfare, and the emphasis on the political situation, and the economic and social Council, and the role of political movements in the coup, and external influences represented by the French and Moroccan presence in the Mauritanian lands. | ||
