| Abstract | ||
| An experiment was conducted in green house of biology department-Science College- Al-Sulimania University, two composts was selected Wheat and mushroom compost to study their effect on Pythium aphanidermatum and growth of cucumber plant and the uptake of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium and also on the fungi accounts and carbohydrate percentage. Results showed that use of wheat and mushroom composts extracts had a positive effect on germination percentage and all the vegetative growth parameters of cucumber plant (plant height, fresh and dry weight of shoot and root) and increasing of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium and carbohydrates percentage. The fungus Pythium aphanidermatum had influenced on germination percentage and growth of cucumber plant. | ||
