Abstract
A factorial experiment was conducted in a plastic house during the season of 2011/ 2012 to study the addition effect of animal fertilizers (Poultry, cows, sheeps, whithout fertilization) and foliar spraying with 3 concentration of (0, 0.5, 1 ml / L) of organic fertilizer (Humi-Feed) and their interaction on the growth and yield of cucumber plant cv. ''Sahra'' using RCBD design with 5 replicates . Results showed that the addition of any type of animal fertilizers and foliar application of Humi-Feed and thier interaction had significant effect on growth and yield. Best results were obtained at the interaction of addition poultry fertilizer and spraying with 0.5 ml/litre of Humi-Feed which gave the highest averages of plant height (182.55 cm) , branches number (7.38) , leaves number (26.21 leaf) , leaf area 4330.67 cm2 , fruits number /plant (26.96 fruit) , fruit weight (97.09 g) and total yield of plant (2.617 kg) and plastic house production (2.198 ton) , while the lowest average of these properties were obtained from control treatment.
