| An experiment was conducted in a nursery of the Department of Horticulture and landscape design / College of Agriculture / Al-Kufa University in Al-Najaf province in plastic pots from the period of 1/10/2011 untill 28/2/2012 to study the effect of spraying of three concentrations of Puterscine i.e. 0, 50 , 100 mg.L-1 and three concentrations of Chelated Magnesium i.e. 0 , 500 , 1000 mg.L-1 on the vegetative growth leaf number , dry weight of Shoot, total chlorophyll content in leaves and flowering floral stem length, flower diameter, vase age of the flower and chemical , total soluble carbohydrate , and percentage of phosphorus , magnesium , and protein . parameters of Narcissus plant , with two spraying times i.e. 2/12/2011 and 2/1/2012 for Chelated Magnesium and 3/12/2011 and 3/1/2012 for puterscine The experiment conducted as factorial experiment , Randomized Complete Block Desing (R.C.B.D.) with three replicates , means were compared by Least Significant Difference (LSD) at probability level of 0.05 Results showed that, Spraying with Puterscine at concentration of 100 mg.L-1 or Chelated Magnesium at concentration of 1000 mg.L-1 increased significantly all studied characteristics which gave the highest leaf number , dry weight of Shoot , floral stem length, flower diameter, vase age of the flower, total chlorophyll content in leaves , total soluble carbohydrate , and percentage of phosphorus , magnesium , and protein in leaves . Reslts also revealed that the interaction between plant treated with Puterscine at concentration of 100 mg.L-1 and Chelated Magnesium at concentration of 1000 mg.L-1 increased significantly all the studied characteristics . |
