| هدف البحث الى التعرف على المشكلات الخاصة بالعمل في رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات . وتألفت عينة البحث من (82) مديرة ومعلمة وبواقع (12) مديرة و(70) معلمة من العاملات في رياض الأطفال في محافظة نينوى تم اختيارهن بصورة قصدية من (12) روضة . ولأجل الحصول على البيانات المطلوبة عن مشكلات العمل في رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات ، قام الباحثان بإعداد استبانة ضمت (48) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات وبواقع (12) فقرة لكل مجال ، وأمام كل فقرة ثلاثة بدائل للإجابة هي : (نعم ، لا ، لا أدري ).عولجت البيانات إحصائياً بالاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) فأظهرت نتائج تحليل البيانات أن هناك مشكلة تعد أساسية يليها مشكلات ست متوسطة الأهمية من حيث الترتيب في مجال الأبنية والآثاث.وأن هناك خمسة مشاكل أساسية في مجال الوسائل التعليمية، وأن هناك مشكلة أساسية واحدة وأربع مشكلات متوسطة الأهمية أو التأثير في مجال رغبة المعلمات وكفايتهن . وتبين أيضاً أن هناك ثلاثة مشاكل تعد مشكلات رئيسية في مجال الإدارة والخدمات.The current research aims to specify the problems related to working in kindergarten from the point of view of headmistresses and teachers . The sample consisted of (82) headmistresses and teachers measuring (12) headmistresses and(70) teachers working in kindergartens in Nenevah governorate chosen intentionally from (12) kindergartens . To obtain the data related to the problems of working in kindergarten from the point of view of headmistresses and teachers, the researchers made a questionnaire of (48) items divided equally to be (12) items on (4) aspects with three answer alternatives (yes, No, I don’t know).The data were statistically treated using (SPSS) program , the results showed a major followed by six minor problems regarding constructions and furnitures . There are five major problems in learning aids , a major and four minor problems regarding the desire and the efficiency of teachers, last but not least three major problems regarding services and administration. | ||
