| Abstract | ||
| The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of low dose combination oral contraceptives (Microgynon) on serum testosterone level in women. The study included twenty women divided into two subgroups, ten women in the age group (23-42) using Microgynon and ten women in the age group (26-31) who didn't use any steroidal preparation served as the control group. The results showed that there was a significant increase in testosterone level (P<0.05) in users group when compared with control group. | ||
