| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث إلى إبراز دور العوامل التي ساهمت في تطور بنية التركيب التجاري لمدينة دهوك وظيفياً ومكانياً ، بعضها طبيعية وأخرى بشرية ، معتمداً على الإحصاءات الرسمية في إبراز دور العوامل السكانية ، ومنطلقاً من فروضٍ علمية أساسية مفادها :-1. ساهمت جملة من العوامل الطبيعية والبشرية في تطور وبلورة التركيب التجاري لمدينة دهوك . 2. بروز دور العوامل السكانية من حيث النمو ودرجة التركز أكثر من غيرها في التأثير على بنية التركيب التجاري للمدينة . 3. في ضوء الفرضية الثانية ، ساهمت الهجرة نحو المدينة بدورٍ فاعل في هذا المجال . ركز البحث على نقطتين رئيستين فضلاً عن المقدمة والاستنتاجات ، ناقشت النقطة الأولى دور العوامل الطبيعية فى تغير التركيب التجاري للمدينة ومن خلال أهميتها الموقعية وخصائص موضعها . أما النقطة الثانية فتناولت العوامل البشرية وأولت اهتماماً خاصاً لخصائص السكان من حيث درجة نموهم وتركزهم ، إضافة إلى دور العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وعاملي النقل والإجراءات التخطيطية .The aim of this research is to detect the role of the natural and human elements in developing the commercial structure of Duhok city, and to determine the real reasons of it.in addition to the introduction and conclusion, the study discusses two points, the first one deals with the role of natural elements in changing the commercial structure of the city , while the second point tries to discuss the human elements especially the population growth ,and degree of their concentration , in addition to the role of social and economic elements , and the transportation, Planning act.The research concludes that there are many effective elements responsible of the development of the commercial structure of the city, while the population characteristics according to its growing, concentration and the rural migration was the important element to form the commercial structure of the city, spatially and functionally. | ||
