Abstract
هدف البحث الى قياس سمات الشخصية الآتية: (الانسجام , الضمير الحي ,الانفتاح , العصابيه , الانبساطية) عند طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية ,والتعرف الى اتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التعليم ,والتعرف الى العلاقة بين السمات الشخصية والاتجاه نحو مهنة التعليم لديهم . اقتصر البحث على طلبة الصف الثالث في كلية التربية الأساسية ولجميع الأقسام,وقد بلغ عددهم (95) طالبا وطالبة . تم الاعتماد على نموذج (OCEAN) الذي قام ببنائه كولدبيرك Goldberg 1999 والمعتمد أصلا على مقياس معد من قبل كوستا وماك كراي Costa &McCrae 1992 وتتألف قائمة كولبيرك من (50) فقرة تقيس كل عشرة منها سمة من سمات الشخصية (الانسجام و الضمير الحي والانفتاح و العصابية والانبساطية) ,كما تم إعداد استبيان لقياس اتجاهات الطلبة نحو مهنة التعليم, وقد ضم الاستبيان (30) فقرة وتم التأكد من صدق وثبات أداتي البحث . تم استخدام عدة وسائل إحصائية في معالجة البيانات هي النسبة المؤية والوسط الحسابي ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون واختبار الفرضيات الخاص بمعامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة وكذلك الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين .أظهرت نتائج السمات الشخصية انها ترتبت كالأتي : الانسجام , الضمير الحي , الانفتاح ,الانبساطية وجاءت بالمرتبة الأخيرة سمة العصابيه . كما اظهرت النتائج أن اتجاهات الطالبات أعلى من اتجاهات الطلاب نحو مهنة التعليم الا ان كلاهما يعتبران ايجابي واخيرا اظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة دالة بين سمات الشخصية (الانسجام , الانفتاح , الانبساطية, العصابية) ووجود علاقة دالة بين سمة الضمير الحي واتجاهات الطلبة نحو مهنة التعليم .وقد توصل البحث الى بعض التوصيات والمقترحات منها التاكيد على الدعم المتواصل للطلبة للمحافظة على مستوى جيد من الصحة النفسية , واجراء دراسات اخرى تتناول السمات الخمس الاساسية وعلاقتها بمتغيرات اخرى . The aim of this research is to measure the five basic traits of(Agreeableness, Consciousness, Openness, Neuroticism, Extroversion) of students of Basic Education college and to know their attitudes towards teaching occupation and to recognize the relation between personal traits and students attitudes towards teaching occupation . The research was limited to the 3rd year students of all departments at the Basic Education college . Their number was (95)of both male and female .The research depends on(OCEAN) model which was built by (Gold Berg 1999) which was originally depended on the measure prepared by (Costa & McCrae 1992). The menu of (Gold Berg) is formed out of (50) items , each (10) items measures one of the personal traits (Agreeableness,Conscientiousness, Openness, Neuroticism, Extraversion) . Moreover a test is prepared to measure students attitudes towards teaching occupation . the test concluded (30) items . The validity & stability of the tool have been proven for both research instruments . Several statistical means had been used for the treatment of the data , these are (percentage , mean , person connection coefficient , and the specific test for the assumptions of person connection coefficient . The results showed that the traits of the students of Basic Education college are arranged as follows (Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Openness, Extroversion) , and (Neuroticism) The results showed also that the attitudes of female students toward teaching occupation are higher than that of male students . However, these attitudes are positive for both male & female students . Finally the results showed that there were no suggestive relation between the personal traits of (Agreeableness, Openness, Neuroticism, Extraversion) and the attitudes ,and existence of a suggestive relation between the trait of(Consciousness) and the attitudes of the students . The attainments in this research , are some recommendations , such as the confirmation on the continual support of the students to keep a good level of psychological health , and conducting other studies dealing with the five basic traits and their relation with other variables .
