| يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على (أحكام الظن وألفاظه وأقسامه في الشريعة الإسلامية) وقد اعتمد الباحث على منهج ألتأصيل الشرعي التحليلي في تناوله للنصوص في القرآن والسنة,وقد قدم الباحث بحثه على شكل أربعة مباحث حيث تناول في المبحث الأول تعريف الظن في اللغة والاصطلاح والمبحث الثاني في بيان مفهوم ألفاظ الظن في القران الكريم وكان المبحث الثالث بياناً للأحاديث الواردة في الظن ثم المبحث الرابع في بيان الحكم الشرعي للظن وأقسامه ثم ذكر نتائج البحث كما هو موضح في ثناياه.The research focuses on (The Judgment of conjecture and its division in Islamic Sharia) .The researcher dependant analyses method in treating with verses of Holy Quran and AL- Sunna .The research includes four aspects , the first one is dealing with declare the meaning of conjecture , while the second is dealing whit the concepts of conjecture in Holy Quran , So the third is dealing with Hadeeth of the prophet(P.B.U.H) , and last one is dealing with Judgment of conjecture , and finally, the results of the research. | ||
