Abstract
تتحدد مشكلة البحث في معرفة العلاقة بين التفاؤل والسلوك القيادي لدى مدربي دوري النخبة العراقي بكرة القدم للموسم الكروي 2005-2006م وهدف البحث إلى التعرف الى مستوى التفاؤل لدى مدربي اندية دوري النخبة بكرة القدم في الدوري العراقي ، والتعرف على نمط السلوك القيادي لمدربي اندية دوري النخبة بكرة القدم في الدوري العراقي. وقدر الباحثان ، بأن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين مستوى التفاؤل والسلوك القيادي لمدربي اندية دوري النخبة بكرة القدم في الدوري العراقي .واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته وطبيعة المشكلة . أما عينة البحث فبلغت (10) مدربين مثلوا اندية دوري النخبة العراقي بكرة القدم و (50) لاعباً أساسياً مثلوا مختلف مراكز اللعب . واستنتج الباحثان وجود أربعة أنماط متباينة للسلوك القيادي لدى مدربي أندية النخبة بكرة القدم ، وان اهتمام مدربي اندية النخبة بكرة القدم بالعمل لا يختلف عن اهتمامهم بالعلاقات الإنسانية ، وأوصى الباحثان التأكيد على اعتماد مستوى التفاؤل بنظر الاعتبار عند انتقائهم لتدريب أندية دوري النخبة بكرة القدم، واعتماد مدربي أندية دوري النخبة من نمط السلوك القيادي المتمثل باهتمام عالٍ بالعمل والعلاقات الإنسانية لتدريب المنتخبات الوطنية ولكافة المستويات (الناشئين ، الشباب ، الوطني) .The problem of the research was identifying the relationship between optimism and leadership behavior in coaches of the football league for the season 2005-2006 . The Aim of the Study :. Identifying the level of optimism of the coaches of football league .. Identifying the pattern of leadership behavior of the coaches of Iraqi Football league . . Identifying the relationship between the level of optimism and leadership behavior in coaches of Iraqi football league . The Hypothesis of the Study :There is a significant relationship between the level of optimism and leadership behavior of coaches of Iraqi football league .The Subjects :The subjects were (10) coaches of the Iraqi fooball and (50) starters who represented different positions in teams.Conclusions :. There are four different patterns of leadership behavior of coaches of Iraqi football league .. The coaches interest in work is not different from their interest in human relationship.Recommendations:. Taking into consideration the level of optimism when selecting coaches to coach elite football clubs.. The great in teres in work and human relationship to coach national clubs of all ages.
