Abstract
هدف البحث الى:• التعرف على التقييم الذاتي للمدربين الممارسين وغير الممارسين في المنطقتين الوسطى والشمالية بكرة القدم.• وضع درجات ومستويات معيارية لمدربي كرة القدم في المنطقتين الوسطى والشمالية الممارسين وغير الممارسين على وفق التقييم الذاتي.• تصنيف مدربي كرة القدم الممارسين وغير الممارسين في المنطقتين الوسطى والشمالية على وفق التقييم الذاتي.وكان فرض البحث:• إن اغلب مدربي كرة القدم الممارسين وغير الممارسين في المنطقتين الوسطى والشمالية على وفق التقييم الذاتي هم بمستوى جيد جداً.استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح ، شملت عينة البحث على (66) مدرباً لكرة القدم منهم (54) مدرباً ممارساً للتدريب في الوقت الحاضر و(12) مدرب غير ممارس من مدربي كرة القدم في المنطقتين الوسطى والشمالية. اما اداة البحث فكانت مقياس التقييم الذاتي لمدرب كرة القدم.وتم التوصل الى عدة استنتاجات اهمها:• ان اغلب مدربي كرة القدم في المنطقتين الوسطى والشمالية على وفق التقييم الذاتي كانوا بمستوى (متوسط).• تم ايجاد الدرجات والمستويات المعيارية للتقييم الذاتي للمدربين الممارسين وغير الممارسين في المنطقتين الوسطى والشمالية.• تصنيف المدربين الممارسين وغير الممارسين في المنطقتين الوسطى والشمالية تصنيفاً نوعياً على وفق درجاتهم في التقييم الذاتي.The research aims to:• The acquaintance with the personal assessment of the soccer trainers in the northern and middle area.• Making of levels and standard grades for the personal assessment of the practiced and unpracticed soccer trainers ,in the northern and middle area.• The classification of soccer trainers according to the objective and personal assessment.The assumptions consist of: Most the practiced and unpracticed soccer trainers in the northern and middle area according to the personal assessment are in a very good level.The sample of research consisted of 66 soccer trainers from the northern and middle area,54 of them are practicing training at the present time and 12 of them are not practicing training. Means of research included the following scales:• The scale of the personal assessment of the soccer trainer.• Also the method of content's analysis and the personal interview were Many conclusions have been made:• Making standard levels and standard grades for the personal assessment the practiced and unpracticed soccer trainers.
